Platform administrators
Everyone here can sign into this console and manage every tenant: their data, tracking domains, and billing. Grant it sparingly, and remove it the moment it is no longer needed.

AI pricing & margin
Set what each plan charges for the assistant, record your raw Bedrock cost, and watch the margin per tenant. Plan and model edits are stored in the database and apply immediately, with no redeploy.
Per-plan AI configuration
Included credits are the monthly allowance bundled with a plan. Overage is what a customer pays per credit past the allowance. Add-on fee applies when the assistant is sold as a paid add-on rather than bundled. These are DB-editable and take effect immediately.
| Plan | Included credits | Overage / credit | Add-on / mo | Availability | Model tier |

Bedrock model pricing
Your raw AWS cost per 1,000 tokens, used to compute margin. Markup is an internal buffer applied on top of raw cost when estimating true cost.

Margin by tenant
AI revenue is the add-on fee plus overage charges. Margin is revenue minus your raw cost. This is the read-only view of whether the upcharge is margin-positive.
